Transfers, Cancellation and Refunds
You may transfer your conference registration to another person within your organization at any time by notifying us in writing ([email protected]). If you must cancel, please notify the conference registrar in writing by the Early Bird deadline, August 21, 2026. You will receive a refund for the package you chose, less a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made after August 21, 2026, as well as “no-shows” are liable for the full registration fee.

If the conference is cancelled by Converge360 Events, registration fees will be refunded. Attendees are responsible for canceling any travel or hotel reservations they make directly.

Special Requirements
If you foresee any special requirements while attending the AI Pivot Conference (dietary, access, or otherwise), please contact our Conference Registrar at [email protected] or 949.296.9840 at least one month in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.
