The AI Pivot Conference is a one-day, in-person event designed to help small and midsized businesses apply AI in practical, measurable ways. This is not a theoretical or research-focused event. We are looking for real-world use cases, proven workflows, and actionable strategies that attendees can implement immediately.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking speakers who can demonstrate how AI is being used today to:

  • Automate marketing, sales, and customer engagement
  • Streamline operations and internal workflows
  • Improve reporting, analytics, and decision-making
  • Enhance customer experience and support
  • Enable teams to do more with fewer resources
  • Implement AI safely and responsibly

Sessions should be:

  • Practical and execution-focused
  • Built around real examples or case studies
  • Relevant to SMB environments (lean teams, limited budgets)
  • Tool-agnostic or balanced (not product pitches)

What Makes a Strong Submission

Strong proposals will:

  • Avoid high-level or overly conceptual content
